Borderland of Adventure: Interlude

At the end of last session, the party had retreated to the Shadowed Keep’s tower to plan their next move. Bloodied, bruised and low on magical resources, they quickly decided to retreat to Piren’s Bluff to rest and recuperate (fearing that the goblins may counter-attack overnight). With much of the day left, they gathered their possessions and immediately set out through the snow. Kemmo predicted snow flurries toward the end of the next day and so they had no time to lose. Hustling, they managed to reach town around midday the next day.

Borderland of Adventure #15: Into the Blood Moon’s Lair

At the end of last session, the party lurked outside a door deep in the cellars below the Shadowed Keep. Beyond they could hear muffled voices speaking in Goblin. Preparing themselves, Kemmo kicked the door in and surprised a pair of bugbears lounging around a table.

Borderland of Adventure #14: Return to Ironwolf Keep

At the end of last session, we left the PCs lurking in Perrin’s  Bluff as they reflected on their experiences and trained to become more proficient in their respective professions. In the five weeks that they rested and trained, the weather had got steadily colder and although it had snowed a fair amount of the time, travel was still possible (although difficult and slow).
