Campaign Components: The Twisted Gorge

The Twisted Gorge runs for almost a mile, cutting through a range of steep, heavily wooded hills roughly 35 miles north of Wolverton. Like a great, festering wound, the Twisted Gorge draws creatures of evil to it as a corpse calls to a starving wolf.

Shadowed Keep on the Borderland Backstory Case Study

Last time, I talked a little bit about the initial concepts of the Shadowed Keep of the Borderland’s various “adventure zones.”  Coming up with the basic themes for each area was relatively simple.
