The Coolest Figure Holder In the World

I’ve seen lots of posts and photos since Christmas of people showing off their new games and books. That’s cool, but none are as epic as my new figure holder…

Why yes–it is a giant skeletal Lego head. If there’s one toy I love almost as much as gaming–it’s Lego! And I think this particular Lego accessory fits exactly the kind of atmosphere I’m shooting for at the gaming table.

I’ve included a couple of 25 mm drow figures for scale. As you can see, the head can hold a decent amount of figures. Even better, as it is opaque I don’t have to hide the box behind my GM screen (which I love!) I can even stack the heads if I get another one because–you know–it’s Lego!

Sadly, I can’t show you what’s in the head as I’ve filled it with all the figures I currently need for my Shattered Star campaign. Several of my players read these posts and I know how they’d hate to know what’s coming up next; just pretend it’s full of small, harmless creatures such as arthritic rats and one-legged kobolds…

Sadly, skeletal storage heads only seem to be available in the UK, but Amazon US does have some other happy, smiling Lego storage heads.
