Cool Words for Gamers: Nascent – Ossify

Hopefully you don’t see me as a nudnik or one who suffers from oligophrenia!

Last week, I tackled the “M” words. This week, we hurl ourselves into the Ns and Os!:

• Oneiric of or relating to dreams; dreamy
• Ongle claw
• Opalescent having or emitting an iridescence (displaying a spectrum of colours that shimmer and change due to interference and scattering as the observer’s position changes) like that of an opal
• Oracular resembling an oracle (as in solemnity of delivery); of, relating to, or being an oracle
• Ordure excrement, dung
• Oscular of or relating to a mouth-like aperture
• Ossify to convert or be converted to bone
