More Epic Matt Morrow Art

As regular readers will know, Matt Morrow does a lot of art of Raging Swan Press.

A few months ago, I posted up his most recent piece of artwork, which he provided as both a banner for the site and as a normal image for Raging Swan’s products. Well, he’s only gone and done another one!

This image is loosely based on a situation that came up in my Shattered Star sessions several months ago when I had immense fun with a couple of well placed black tentacles spells. Sadly, the party escaped, but I’ll always be able to look back fondly at this image.

Finally, Matt’s part of Encoded Design’s Patreon campaign. If you like his style, you can sign up to get cool character art ready for use in your campaign (or to serve as your own character sketch) every month. As you know, I’m a huge fan of Patreon (our Patreon campaign has been a tremendously positive influence on Raging Swan) so if you if you want cool artwork, I’d urge you to take a look at Encoded Design’s campaign.

  1. i really dig Matt’s ink style. love it when you post his work.

in the 80s i was a huge fan of Bill Willingham. right down to his stylistic signature. after discovering him in the basic set i searched for him in all the 1st edition books as well. copying his drawings of hands taught me, eventually with repetition, to draw hands. Matt’s work would have been a heroically epic addition to those old school modules and supplements.

thanks very very much for the link to Encoded Design’s Patreon campaign. i’m heading over there immediately.
